orders can be placed online, via instagram/fb messenger, or via email. we offer contactless pickup at our home (located near the anacortes ferry terminal), delivery in anacortes between 4pm-6pm, nationwide shipping (email us for shipping orders), or you can visit us at our markets & pop ups.

everything is made fresh just for you, so the soonest is typically 48 hours. custom orders require at least two weeks notice. at checkout, you will be able to see our available dates and select your preferred date. please note that during busy market & holiday seasons, availability may be limited/more than 48 hours out. reach out anytime to see if we may be able to accommodate you for a specific date.

we do not currently have any vegan or dairy free items, but we do have gluten free desserts. most of our macarons are gluten free (any flavors containing gluten will be indicated as such). our brownies are also gluten free. note: our gluten-free products are not celiac safe due to possible cross-contamination. for more information, see our allergen disclaimer & ingredient labels.

macarons are best enjoyed at room temperature, when they are soft enough to bite through the crisp shell with minimal force, and chewy inside. however, they should be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. just set them out 30-60 minutes prior to enjoying to let them come to room temperature/soften!

always store in an airtight container to maintain freshness (standard tupperware works great). they can be refrigerated for ~3 days, or frozen for a month.

our brownies, sugar cookies, oatmeal cream pies and other baked goods can also be refrigerated/frozen in tupperware. just bring to room temperature before eating/serving.

typically, “macaron” will refer to the little sandwich cookies we make, and “macaroon” will refer to a different coconut cookie. however, the words "macaron" and "macaroon" both share a common ancestor with "macaroni", with all words arising trom maccarruni as far back as 1279.

in the 16th and 17th centuries, french words ending with "-on" that were borrowed into english were spelled with "-oon" such as balloon, cartoon, and platoon. many uk bakeries continue to use the term macaroon to refer "macarons", and even in france they are commonly referred to as french macaroons. you can learn more about the history here. no matter which way you pronounce it, we know what you mean and are happy to make you some macs :)
