Frankie’s Bakery is registered with the Washington State Department of Agriculture (permit #1296). All items are made in a home kitchen that has not been subject to standard inspection criteria. All products are prepared, baked, and packaged in our home kitchen that is not allergy-friendly. Although we use best practices to avoid cross contamination, there is no guarantee that the products produced will be free from potential allergens and there is always a risk of cross-contamination to occur, even if the label/recipe does not include a specific allergen.

Products may contain or come in contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, corn, soybeans, tree nuts, nuts, peanuts, and more. Items we include on dessert boards may be processed on shared equipment with peanuts or tree nuts. If you have a severe food allergy, it is your responsibility to review ingredients and consult with a medical professional before consuming any product. If you have any questions, or do not see a specific flavor or item listed below, please do not hesitate to send us a message.

Those with allergies and intolerances are advised to eat at their own risk or seek out a bakery that has allergy/intolerance friendly products.

    Blueberry-Lemon: blueberries, lemon juice, blueberry- lemon curd (sugar, blueberries, blueberry purée, lemon juice, butter, egg yolks)

    Vanilla Bean: pure vanilla extract (water, sugar, alcohol, vanilla beans, glycerin, xanthan gum, caramel coloring.

    Birthday Cake: cake mix (enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, leavening (baking soda calcium phosphate, sodium aluminum phosphate), contains 2% or less of: canola oil, dextrose, salt, corn starch, cellulose, xanthan gum), sprinkles (sugar, corn starch, confectioners glaze, yellow 5, red 3, carnauba wax, blue 1, red 40, yellow 6 blue 2)
