When do I get my order?

For smaller orders, we can typically get them to you by the next day, or even possibly same day depending on what you would like. For larger orders, 48 hours notice is ideal. We always recommend getting your orders in as soon as you can to reserve your space on your preferred date. You’ll be able to select your date for pickup/delivery at checkout.

Do you make custom macarons?

Yes! If you are looking for custom hand-painted designs, you can order them here. If you simply want custom colors, there is no additional cost for this and you can request your colors at checkout. (Feel free to send us photos of your color palette.) If you are looking for custom flavors, custom packaging, or macaron towers, please send us a message!

Do you have anything vegan, dairy-free, or gluten-free?

We do not currently have any vegan or dairy free products. We DO have gluten-free products, as our macaron brownies are made with almond flour, and most of our macarons are gluten-free as well! Any macarons that contain gluten will be indicated with an asterisk (*) on our flavor selection form.

How do I store my macarons?

Macarons are best enjoyed at room temperature, though they should be refrigerated until you are ready to serve them. Always store in an airtight container for peak freshness (standard Tupperware works great). They can be refrigerated for ~3 days, or frozen for ~2+ months!

Our brownies, sugar cookies, oatmeal cream pies, and whoopie pies can also be refrigerated/frozen in an airtight container for ~2 months. Just bring to room temperature before serving!

Who is Frankie?

Frankie is our beloved pet bearded dragon (the adorable face on our logo). However, no lizards are involved with our baking processes!

Is it “macaron” or “macaroon”?

The words “macaron” and “macaroon” both share a common ancestor with “macaroni”, with all words arising from maccarruni as far back as 1297. In the 16th and 17th centuries, French words ending with “-on” that were borrowed into English were spelled with “-oon”, such as balloon, cartoon, and platoon. Many UK bakeries continue to use the term macaroon to refer “macarons”, and even in France they are commonly referred to as French macaroons. You can learn more here. No matter which way you pronounce it, we know what you mean and are happy to make you some macs!
